Peabody's Improbable History, a classic dance with world history, with a genius dog who

Aesop and Son, another series, that seemed to show the old way and the new way of thinking. Like Fractured Fairy Tales except these are fables instead. Aesop tried to make parables with a lesson using fables, Aesops son used a clever play on words to contradict his father who lesson. The beginning shows basically the concept of the show with Aesop carefully carving his name in marble and his son, using a jackhammer bring about a huge cloud of dust, adds and son.
Fractured Fairy Tales, a classic in its own right as a cartoon. Taking both children's stories and fairy tales and giving them a twist of a modernized version leaving plenty of room for a comical outcome! And always the Fractured Fairy!
The World of Commander McBragg, series shorts. In short, were the revisionist history that Commander McBragg envisioned a reality.
And of course, Bullwinkle has little shorts appearing now and then in an episode.

Needless to say this added to the fun insanity in the show, with Bullwinkle trying to be the culture beacon, and taking nursery rhythms and poems and in his own contorted way acting them out and in the process, altho innocently, totally upending and twisted them with that classic humor abounding.
The Rocky and Bullwinkle Fan Club. Self-explanatory with the added caveat that conducting club business always ends up in a zany fiasco-here we are introduced to Captain Peter "wrong-way" Peachfuzz
